General Commission for Academic Management
Members of the General Academic Management Commission:

The functions of the General Academic Management Commission are:
- Manage the academic life of the center.
- Advise and assist the Governing Board in its functions.
- Efficiently organize ESMAR's human and material resources.
- Implement the Annual General Programming.
- Manage the administrative regime of ESMAR.
Commission of Studies (COE-ESMAR)
This is the body responsible for regulating the criteria for admission and access of students to any of the degrees offered by ESMAR. This committee will also establish the criteria for the granting of scholarships and awards, as well as for the accreditation and certification of the courses taken.

Academic Quality Committees of the different Master's Degrees
Academic and Quality Committee of the ESMAR Master's Degree in Specialized Musical Performance Artistic Education and Applied Research in Musical Practice (CACMIE). The CACMIE is responsible for developing the analysis procedure for the different indicators and evidence of ESMAR's mobility programs and practices.

For each authorized Master's Degree, an Academic Quality Committee for the Master's Degree will be established.
Department of Student Guidance
ESMAR provides students with a personalized guidance department with the aim of supporting students throughout their educational stage and offering personalized responses to situations that may arise during their training.
The Guidance Department aims to ensure that the training received by students is not strictly curricular, but rather addresses the development of students in a comprehensive manner, taking into account their needs, personal aspirations and personal learning history.
The department will have the following services:
- Confidential student advisor.
- Unit on the health of the musician.
- Psychological office.
- Career guidance point.
The functions of the Guidance Department will be:
- Offer personal and confidential advice, where each student can share in complete privacy any question or suggestion related to their personal situation, the center, and the teaching staff.
- Provide students with a professional health unit for musicians, in order to prevent and resolve possible injuries related to musical practice.
- Provide specialized psychological support and help in the field of acting and performing arts, as well as in personal development.
- Provide support in the area of academic and professional guidance to establish links between the educational stage and the world of work.
The following will be part of the Student Guidance Department:
- The Coordinator of Studies.
- The ESMAR psychologist.
- The student's tutor.
Musician's Health Department
This department is responsible for the comprehensive health of ESMAR students and teachers, in terms of prevention and training in health care. One of its pillars is to assist students in training, through pedagogical subjects and in individual and group sessions.
The department consists of:
- Pilar Román, director of the “Music and Performing Arts Medicine Unit” at Manises Hospital.
- Guillermo Dalia, psychologist at ESMAR.
- Inés Sorano and Ana Belén González, student representatives.
Those responsible for the different Coordinations
The Internship Coordinator is responsible for managing and organizing the external internships for the Bachelor's and Master's level qualifications taught by ESMAR. He or she is responsible for the search and selection of collaborating companies or institutions for the development of internships for ESMAR students.
This Coordination is the responsibility of the Coordinator of Studies.
- The Coordinator of the mobility programmes for students and teachers at the Centre is responsible for managing and organising mobility stays for students studying the Bachelor's and Master's degrees taught by ESMAR. He or she is responsible for searching for and selecting higher music centres with which to establish academic relations and mobility agreements for ESMAR students and teachers.
- Coordinator of student and faculty mobility programs at the center.
- The Master's Coordinator is responsible for supervising and collaborating in the management and organization of the external internships and mobility programs of the Center's students.
- Confidential advisor to ESMAR students: Guillermo Dalia Cirujeda.
- Student tutoring: Each instrument teacher will be the tutor for each of his/her students.
