Department of guidance and transition to working life

The purpose of this Department is to guide students throughout their training process so that they acquire the necessary skills and can thus increase their chances of finding employment.

Students will receive advanced training on the different training paths available to them: Artistic and University Master's Studies, doctoral studies, etc. As well as the most common career paths in the different professional fields: Interpretation, Pedagogy, Management and Research.

In addition, through the subject of Seminars and specific training programs, students will be provided with the essential knowledge for the development of the entrepreneurial spirit.

The demands of the labour market in the field of Music are changing and evolving rapidly. Practicing the musical profession in a sustainable manner is not easy and new skills are increasingly required to enable young graduates to access the labour market.

In the past, training has focused almost exclusively on preparing employees waiting to be hired by companies and entities that are almost always publicly owned.

The world of music offers countless opportunities for entrepreneurs if they have the right training. We want to accompany, mentor, train and help all our students in this exciting challenge.
