Objectives

The ESMAR High Performance Music School's main objective is to provide a higher musical education aimed at musicians who wish to obtain a professional qualification of excellence in a global labour market.
Students will enjoy personalized teaching adapted to their personal and/or professional circumstances, and thus receive an elite education, with the best instrumentalists and teachers of higher musical education on the international music scene.
Our organization is committed to providing excellent musical training through renowned professionals and retaining talent in our territory to prevent our best artists from fleeing to other countries.
The design and pedagogical adjustment of this great challenge is the responsibility of Manuel Tomás Ludeña, a professional with a long career in teaching and in the direction of musical educational projects. He has also had the advice of great teachers who are part of the Academic Committee of ESMAR, in addition to acting as active advisors to the chairs.
ESMAR will teach advanced degrees in the specialties of Interpretation, Pedagogy and Production and Management, official teachings within the European framework of Bologna recognized by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport (Resolution of January 24, 2018).
The study programs offered by ESMAR contribute to the adaptation of musical arts professionals to the changing reality of a global market, allowing for optimal professional integration with the acquisition of basic transversal skills.
