The training of future music teachers in Spanish conservatories and music schools is a priority for ESMAR and a necessity for society as a whole. It also represents a very powerful option for employability. Let us remember that the latest studies on the employability of professional musicians in the West warn us that 72% are dedicated to teaching.

Most employers warn of the initial training weaknesses of young teachers. To avoid this and help our students, we have designed a very ambitious Curriculum that is connected to the needs of music schools.

Our intention is also to set up training courses in Valencian music schools and, as always, to select a teaching staff of the highest quality and experienced in the practical management of these centres and who are fully familiar with the training profile required.
