Board of Directors:

The Board of Directors is responsible for the senior management of ESMAR and is therefore responsible for making all strategic decisions. The Board of Directors may delegate certain functions to its members on a temporary or permanent basis. These include the following:
- Approve the teaching staff for the various authorized studies.
- Approve collaboration agreements with other entities.
- Approve the ESMAR financial budget, the annual accounts and all general decisions of an economic nature: teacher remuneration, investments, etc.
- Approve the institutional documents that reflect the identity and activity of the center: educational project, general annual programming, etc.
