  • Legal basis: The processing is based on the application of pre-contractual measures at the request of the interested party and, if granted, to formalize the relationship/training conditions.
  • Data Retention: Your data will be retained during the award process and subsequently for the periods necessary to address any claims. If you are awarded a scholarship and enroll: your data will be added to your academic record and retained according to applicable timeframes.
